The Warning Letter:
Two Hispanic opportunity districts can be drawn. There is one Hispanic on the board but there should be at least two Hispanic trustees based on demographics. About 77% of students are Hispanic. On the 2023 STAAR exams, 47% of Hispanic students met grade level, compared to 66% of white students. Read the letter.
